Trail conditions – June 2026

Welcome to the 2026 season at Auberge de Salanfe!

Here is some useful information to help you prepare for your hike:

🟢 Access via the Vallon de Van is in excellent condition.

🟢 Col du Jorat is also accessible and in good condition.

🟢 The Salanfe Lake circuit can be completed easily and is now snow-free.

🟢 The trail to Col de Susanfe is clearly visible and regularly used. On the Salanfe side, there are still 2 or 3 snow patches to cross on the ascent, but they no longer present any particular difficulty.

🟢 Col de la Golette from La Creusaz is now clear of snow! The fixed ropes at the top of the pass are now installed.

🟢 Col d’Emaney is still partially snow-covered but is all ok to go through. Col de Fenestral and Col de Barberine are also good to pass!
